A Specialist Manufacturer Built Around One Critical Step in Meat Processing
We are Ever Power — a food processing equipment manufacturer with more than 25 years of focused experience in vacuum mixing technology. We design, machine and assemble our equipment in-house, and we stand behind it with a factory acceptance test on every single unit before it leaves our facility.
The mixing step sits at the centre of every sausage, ham and meatball production line. When it underperforms, the consequences cascade downstream: colour failure, poor protein binding, moisture loss, inconsistent seasoning uptake. We built our business around solving those specific problems with the right engineering, not with the lowest price.
Our customers are small artisan workshops running a single shift and multi-line industrial facilities processing thousands of kilograms per day. What they share is a requirement for equipment that performs reliably, cleans easily, and supports the hygiene audit requirements of their buyers. We design for all of them.

Our Principles Have Not Changed Since We Started
The food processing industry demands equipment that performs consistently over years of three-shift operation. We build to that standard — not to a specification that looks impressive on a data sheet but fails under sustained production load.
Engineering First
Every design decision starts with the production environment: cleaning schedules, ambient temperature, shift patterns, operator skill levels. We design what works there, not what photographs well.
In-House Machining
Paddle blade hubs, shaft journals and bearing housings are machined in-house on CNC centres. We control the tolerances that matter most to bearing life and vibration behaviour — we do not outsource them.
Hygiene Without Compromise
All food-contact surfaces are SUS304 austenitic stainless steel with continuous, crevice-free internal welds ground smooth. The IP65 control panel can be rinsed directly as part of normal wash-down without powering off the machine.
Tested Before It Ships
Every machine runs a mandatory 8-hour full-load factory acceptance test at rated vacuum level and maximum speed. We record motor temperatures, vacuum decay rate, seal integrity and discharge alignment — and we ship that record with the machine.
Built for Any Market
Standard electrical configuration is 380V / 50Hz. We configure control panels for 220V / 60Hz, 415V / 50Hz, 440V / 60Hz and other national supply standards at no additional charge. Halal-compliant materials throughout.
Long-Term Relationships
We supply spare parts kits, remote commissioning support and after-sales service for the full life of every machine. Our after-sales team visits customers periodically and fabricates replacement components to customer-specific drawings.
Where Every Machine Is Built
We operate a dedicated manufacturing facility in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. The facility houses CNC machining centres, welding bays with stainless steel fabrication capability, dedicated assembly and commissioning halls, and a testing area where every completed machine runs its mandatory 8-hour acceptance test before packing.
We do not rely on sub-contracted fabrication for structural or food-contact components. The paddle blades, hopper bodies, discharge assemblies and control panel housings are all produced in-house, which allows us to maintain the dimensional tolerances and weld quality that determine the service life of each machine in the field.
Customers planning large orders or complete line projects are welcome to visit our facility for an in-person review. Contact our team to arrange a visit and factory demonstration.

What Goes Into Every Machine We Build
The specifications that define a long-service-life vacuum mixer are not visible in a product photograph. They show up in the field — in bearing temperatures, seal integrity after two years of wash-down, and motor performance at the end of a third shift.
Dual-Shaft Elliptical Spiral Paddle Blades
Our elliptical spiral blade geometry achieves thorough ingredient homogenisation without the over-working that breaks down protein matrix structure. The dual-shaft arrangement eliminates dead zones in the hopper corners that accumulate product and resist cleaning.
Chain-Drive Dual-Bearing Transmission
Chain-drive transmission distributes torque evenly across both shafts without the belt-slip that degrades mixing consistency at high viscosity. Dual-bearing shaft mounting distributes radial and axial load across two contact points, extending fatigue life under continuous three-shift operation.
SUS304 All Food-Contact Surfaces
Hopper interior, paddle blades, discharge spout and lid seal housing are SUS304 austenitic stainless steel throughout. No copper, brass or mild steel components contact food product at any point. Continuous crevice-free internal welds are ground smooth for rapid hygiene audit inspection.
IP65 Waterproof Control Panel
The operator control interface is sealed to IP65 — dust-tight and protected against direct water jets from any direction. The panel can be rinsed as part of normal wash-down routine at the end of each production run without powering down the machine.
European-Specification Bearings and Motors
Main shaft bearings and drive motors are sourced from European-specification suppliers. Component selection is made for rated load at continuous three-shift duty, not for minimum bill-of-materials cost at a typical two-shift pattern.
Two-Speed Mixing Cycle
Every EP-JB machine operates a high-speed pre-mix phase at 84 r/min for rapid ingredient distribution, followed by a low-speed homogenising phase at 42 r/min for controlled protein extraction. Cycle parameters are adjustable to match specific recipes and raw material characteristics.
Supplying Meat Processors in 50+ Countries
Our equipment is installed in facilities across Southeast Asia, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, South America and Africa — in markets as varied as artisan fish-ball workshops in Vietnam, cured ham producers in Poland, and halal-certified sausage lines in Turkey and Malaysia.
We export as standard on EXW, FOB, CIF and DAP terms. Our logistics team coordinates sea freight to any destination port and provides documentation for import clearance. All export packaging is rated for the longest sea freight routes and tropical humidity conditions.
