We work with first-time buyers, growing processors and large food groups. Here is what to expect when placing an order with Ever Power.
Minimum Order Quantity
MOQ is flexible and set according to product type and total order value. Single-unit orders are accepted with pricing adjusted accordingly — we do not impose fixed volume minimums that exclude smaller buyers.
Sample Policy
New customers may request 1–5 sample units where commercially appropriate. Sample requests are assessed case by case — contact our sales team to discuss eligibility for your specific model of interest.
Gemischte Bestellungen
Different models and companion equipment — vacuum mixers, fillers, clippers and brine injectors — can be combined in a single order. A combined order value of approximately USD 1,500 qualifies for standard commercial pricing.
Small-Quantity Orders
Orders of 1–2 units are accepted. Unit pricing on small-quantity orders is higher than standard volume pricing. Our team will provide a transparent quotation showing both pricing tiers when relevant.
Lead Times
Standard catalogue units: 10–25 working days
Custom-configured components: 20–45 working days
Project-scope line packages: 45–120 working days
Your quotation will confirm the applicable lead time.

How quickly will I receive a response to my enquiry?

What information should I include in my first message?
The more detail you provide, the more precise and useful our first response will be. Most helpful: your daily output target in kg, the main raw material you process (e.g. minced pork, surimi, beef), your shift pattern (one, two or three shifts), whether you need a standalone machine or a complete line, and your local power supply voltage and frequency. You can also attach your existing equipment list or facility plan — we are happy to work around it.
Can you supply a complete sausage production line, not just the mixer?
Yes. In addition to the EP-JB vacuum meat mixer series, Ever Power supplies vacuum quantitative filling machines, sausage linking and hanging lines, aluminium wire double clipping machines and brine injection machines. We design and quote complete lines matched to your daily output target, casing type and facility layout. Do you offer on-site installation and commissioning support?
Every machine ships with multilingual installation and commissioning documentation and remote video commissioning support as standard. On-site installation and operator training is available on request for large orders and complete line projects. Please mention this requirement when submitting your enquiry so we can include it in your quotation.
Can I visit your factory before placing an order?
Factory visits are welcome and encouraged for large orders and complete line projects. Please contact us in advance so we can arrange a suitable time, prepare sample demonstrations and assign a bilingual technical host for your visit. Our facility is based in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, China.
